How to produce a PV simulation report in minutes

Search data tells an uncomfortable story about solar simulation: the fastest-growing queries around the industry-standard tools are "manual", "training" and "report". Translation: producing a professional PV report still requires weeks of learning and hours of work per project.

That cost is invisible until you count it. If a trained engineer needs 2–4 hours to model a roof, simulate production and export a presentable report, that is your real cost per LEAD, before knowing whether the client will even take a second call.

What a useful report actually contains

Strip away the formatting and a solar feasibility report answers four questions: How much can this roof host? How much will it produce? What does it cost and return? And what will it look like? Layout, production estimate (kWh/year), financials (payback, IRR) and a visualization.

Everything else, hourly loss trees, bankable shade certificates, matters for financing large plants, not for deciding whether a rooftop lead is worth a visit.
